WRITTEN TEST

Candidates who successfully pass the application phase will be invited to participate in a written examination. This examination serves as the first formal step toward becoming a Custody Assistant and is designed to evaluate reading comprehension, written communication, decision-making, and reasoning skills.

Candidates will be permitted one (1) opportunity to pass the Written Test. Those who fail must wait for the designated reapplication period before applying again.

  • Failing to answer all portions of the question.
  • Poor grammar, spelling, punctuation, or written communication skills.
(( The Written Test consists primarily of out-of-character scenario-based questions designed to evaluate a candidate's mindset, professionalism, roleplay standards, and suitability for custody operations. ))

  • Ability to follow directions and procedures.
  • Knowledge retention and adaptability.
  • Facility operations awareness.
(( This phase is designed to evaluate roleplay quality, English comprehension, and the applicant's ability to function within a structured correctional environment. ))

Failure to attend a scheduled assessment session may result in automatic disqualification.
